Attracted by bee activity at a local park in spring, Claudio ventured towards the humming with his camera. "Taking macro photos like this one, " explains the Brazilian, "gives us a different perspective of the world. It's one to which we don't pay much attention in our hectic daily lives. " A passionate bonsai tree collector with over 400 specimens, this was Claudio's first effort in a photographic competition.
